BLAZE MOJO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BLAZE MOJO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BLAZE MOJO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, BLAZE MOJO’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO BLAZE MOJO FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF YOUR USE.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States.
